Having played competitive football and team sports as a youth, diet and athletic sports performance has always been my part of my lifestyle. Through personal training, I can combine both my passion of helping others with my love of health and fitness.

During my spare time, I love to challenge myself through mountain climbing, hiking, water skiing, and swimming.
